# Token Utility The tenant/vendor portal will come online in 2027. This portal is designed to horizontally and vertically integrate the use of Native Tokens. This will enhance the farm, ranch, and agricultural operations of our tenants and administration. LANDAO's farmers and ranchers are an important part of our community, too. Our goal is to develop user-friendly ways for them to use Native Tokens to pay for the goods and services essential to their operations. LANDAO is in a unique position as the landowner to require our tenants to use Native Tokens for many aspects of their business. Our tenants' use of Native Tokens will streamline processes to let the tenants focus on running their business while LANDAO focuses on the our goals. LANDAO, too, will always seek out pathways to use the Native Tokens for payment of all administrative expenses. Because LANDAO is in the early stages, we're not mature enough to implement this *yet*.
