There is no guaranteed value for LANDAO tokens. The following is only an example set forth for illustrative purposes to show potential buyers what their tokens could be worth.
LANDAO is an organization that acquires $100M of property annually, has zero debt, and increases its income by $2.5M annually. Our token circulation is designed to closely equal the value of the assets and is structured as a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization).
Around Year 10, our projected token value is $47. That means that if you purchased 1,000 Native Tokens ($1,000) on Day 1, you would have $47,000 worth of Native Tokens by the end of Year 10. This represents a 35.7% IRR (internal rate of return) in just 10 years. For comparison, the S&P 500 stock market index has only generated about 13% IRR for the last 10 years. In other words, LANDAO would produce almost triple the returns of the S&P 500 in this example.
This summary, as well as additional information throughout these pages, supports a $3–5 annual increase in token value for the first several years, followed by more significant growth in the long term. A 5–6 year summary would estimate the Native Token value to be $15–25 per token.
If you see it differently, for better or worse, please let us know. Decentralized discussion and decision-making are key components of our DAO, after all.
For the first 4–6 years, we project that tokens will increase in value by about $3–5 per year. Around Year 6, our income will begin to increase significantly as we begin selling properties. The DAO rules require a property to be sold when presented with an offer of 50-60% above our original purchase price. We reserve funds upon each acquisition for Native Tokens holders to spend on property enhancements and improvements. These add incremental increases in land value that would not be found in traditional property acquisition.
Most farm, ranch, and agricultural properties are not fully utilized. There are many opportunities to increase the income of each property with little or no expense.
Our organizational roadmap projects average acquisitions of at least $100M of property annually. Many factors went into the design of our roadmap and our projections of future token value. Some of the data that impacts the potential value of our tokens includes:
Incremental income: $2.5M annually ($5M in Year 2, $7.5M in Year 3, and so on)
Value of all assets: $110M ($100M of land which can only be sold for $150–160M, $10M of cash or cash equivalent)
Debt: Zero
Tokens in circulation: $111M
Organization management: Decentralized Autonomous Organization focused on Native Token value, property acquisitions, and management.
